Chelsea Women secured their place in the UEFA Champions League final for the second time in their history after a 4-2 aggregate win over Barcelona Women in the semi-finals. The second leg of the semi-final was held at the Estadi Johan Cruyff in Barcelona on Wednesday, 27th April 2023.
