New Mormon Temples Announced during April 2023 General Conference

Each temple will be uniquely designed to reflect the local culture and architectural style of its respective country. For example, the temple in Guatemala City will feature traditional Mayan patterns and colors, while the temple in Dubai will incorporate Islamic design elements.
In addition to the new temple announcements, President Nelson also announced that several existing temples will undergo renovations to update and modernize their facilities. This includes the temples in Salt Lake City, Utah; Washington D.C.; and Mesa, Arizona.
