Vermilion Energy Inc., a Canadian-based oil and gas company, has recently announced its acquisition of assets from Notine Holdings Inc. and an additional stake in the Corrib gas field off the coast of Ireland. Vermilion Energy is set to acquire assets from Notine Holdings Inc., including 126 wells, 15 facilities, and 27 pipelines, in a deal worth $90 million. The assets are located in the West Pembina area of Alberta, Canada, and will add approximately 1,600 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d) to Vermilion Energy's production. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of April 2023.

The Corrib gas field has been in production since 2015 and has a production capacity of approximately 350 million cubic feet per day (mmcfd) of natural gas. Vermilion Energy's additional stake in the project is expected to add approximately 5,000 boe/d to its production.
